Business Terms (Retail Sales)
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Gamezenter, Inc ("GZ"). Transactions, product descriptions, and other business information or services offered through our physical locations (i.e. not online sales) is aggregately defined as the "Services" or "Service" hereunder.
A breach or violation of any of the terms may result in an immediate termination of the Services.
REFUND POLICY
Gamezenter is committed to providing excellent customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase by presented our retail staff with a valid receipt.
If you do not have a valid receipt, we may try, but cannot guarantee, to locate your transaction in our system. If we are able to locate the transaction in our system, you will need to present a valid ID matching the customer connected to the transaction.
Items purchased in our retail store, must be returned to the retail store in person.
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of many inventory items, we do offer product exchanges. All returns are processed as refunds.
ATTENDANCE
All attendance at our retail location, event rooms, or our other facilities are subject to the Gamezenter Code of Conduct, found here.
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available as part of the Services is not accurate, complete or current. All material related to the Services is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.
