    Gloom: Unhappy Homes

    Atlas Games
In the Gloom card game, you make your eccentric family of misfits suffer the greatest tragedies possible before helping them pass on to the well-deserved respite of death. Just mix the 55 transparent cards included in this set together with your copy of Gloom to add morbid new Modifiers, Events and Untimely Deaths and a new family -- the artistes of Le Canard Noir, whose creative endeavors always end in disaster. When art lets you down, the Black Duck is there for you. This dingy cafe is home to a motley assortment of washed-up bohemians. Here the tormented painter Rosseau buys drinks for neurotic models and destitute poets, while a troubled actress and sickly courtesan compare notes across the way. Also included are five Residences with a light blue background behind their central illustration. These are each placed next to their related family at the start of the game. New cards called Mysteries, which have a dark blue effects bar at the bottom, are also shuffled into the deck before play. A Mystery is the only card that can be placed on a Residence (and only a Residence) and can be placed on any Residence as either of your two plays. It gives that Residence's player a special effect and Pathos points that count toward his final Family Value. A Mystery remains even if the requirements for playing it are lost. You may discard a Mystery from your hand as a free play.

    Dominion: Alchemy

    Rio Grande Games
There are strange things going on in your basement laboratories. They keep calling up for more barrels of quicksilver or bits of your hair. Well it's all in the name of progress. They're looking for a way to turn lead into gold or at least into something better than lead. That lead had just been too good of a bargain to pass up, you didn't think, where will I put all this lead, what am I going to do with this lead anyway. Well that will all be sorted out. They're also looking for a universal solvent. If they manage that one, you will take whatever they use to hold it in and build a castle out of it. A castle that can't be dissolved. Now that's progress. This is the 3rd addition to Dominion. It adds new Kingdom cards to Dominion and as it is an expansion, you will need Dominion or Dominion Intrigue to play the game. For 2 to 4 players. Play time of 20 minutes. Dominion Alchemy is an expansion and can't be played by itself, to play with it, you need Dominion or a standalone expansion to dominion (Dominion Intrigue).

    Dominion: Menagerie

    Rio Grande Games
Dominion, that’s what you’re trying to achieve. This time with animals! They each have a lesson to teach, whether it’s how to spit really far, or what kind of grass tastes the best. It’s a lot to keep track of, but you’re like an elephant: you remember everything. And you’re afraid of mice. You’ve taken up riding. Horses are intimidating; they say you can lead a horse to water, but you haven’t managed it. So you’re working your way up, starting with dogs. So far so good; the dog hasn’t bucked you off yet. Your menagerie got off to a poor start, with just a goat, two rats, and the advisor who suggested starting a menagerie. You couldn’t get that fox you wanted, but it was probably bad anyway. Now you’ve got some camels, which are just as useless for sewing as you’d been warned, and a turtle that can hold its breath for longer than anyone can stay interested. Soon the animal kingdom will be yours. This is the 13th expansion to Dominion . It has 400 cards, with 30 new Kingdom cards. There are Horses that save a draw for later, Exile mats that cards can be sent to and rescued from, and Ways that give Actions another option. Events return. Dominion: Menagerie is an expansion, and cannot be played by itself; to play with it, you need the Basic cards and rulebook (Dominion provides both). Dominion: Menagerie can also be combined with any other Dominion expansions you have. We hope you enjoy this expanding world of Dominion!

    Dominion: Renaissance

    Rio Grande Games
It's a momentous time. Art has been revolutionized by the invention of "perspective," and also of "funding." A picture used to be worth a dozen or so words; these new ones are more like a hundred. Oil paintings have gotten so realistic that you've hired an artist to do a portrait of you each morning, so you can make sure your hair is good. Busts have gotten better too; no more stopping at the shoulders, they go all the way to the ground. Science and medicine have advanced; there's no more superstition, now they know the perfect number of leeches to apply for each ailment. You have a clock accurate to within an hour, and a calendar accurate to within a week. Your physician heals himself, and your barber cuts his own hair. This is truly a golden age. This is the 12th expansion to Dominion. It has 300 cards, with 25 new Kingdom cards. There are tokens that let you save coins and actions for later, Projects that grant abilities, and Artifacts to fight over.

    Dominion: Adventures

    Rio Grande Games
Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. You're not sure which, but at least you've narrowed it down. You are rich with life experiences, but have had trouble trading them for goods and services. It's time to seek your fortune, or anyone's really — whoever's is closest. To the west there's a land of milk and honey, full of giant bees and monstrous cows; to the east, a land of eggs and licorice; to the north, treacherous swamps; to the south, loyal jungles. But all of them have been thoroughly pillaged. You've heard legends, though, of a fifth direction as yet unspoiled, with its treasures conveniently gathered into troves. You have your sword and your trail mix, handed down from your father, and his father before him. You've recruited some recruits and hired some hirelings; you've shined your armor and distressed a damsel. You put up a sign saying "Gone Adventuring". Then you put up another sign, saying "Beware of Dog", in case people get any ideas. You're ready. You saddle up your trusty steed, and head florst. Dominion: Adventures , the ninth addition to the game of Dominion , contains 400 cards, 60 tokens and six mats. This expansion has 30 new Kingdom cards, including the return of Duration cards that do things on future turns, plus Reserve cards that can be saved for the right moment. There are also 20 Event cards that give you something to buy besides cards, including tokens that modify cards.

    Dominion: Intrigue (2nd Edition)

    Rio Grande Games
Something's afoot. The steward smiles at you like he has a secret, or like he thinks you have a secret, or like you think he thinks you have a secret. There are secret plots brewing, you're sure of it. At the very least, there are yours. A passing servant murmurs, "The eggs are on the plate." You frantically search your codebook for the translation before realizing he means that breakfast is ready. Excellent. Everything is going according to plan. Dominion: Intrigue 2nd Edition is the 1st expansion to the game of Dominion. It introduces 26 new Kingdom cards. There are victory cards that do something before the end of the game, cards that interact with victory cards, and underlings that give you a choice as to what they do. Dominion: Intrigue 2nd Edition replaced six cards and added one compared to the first edition. It no longer has Basic cards and thus cannot be played as a stand-alone expansion; to play with it, you need the Basic cards and rulebook (Dominion provides both). To expand to 5-6 players, use Base Cards. Dominion: Intrigue 2nd Edition can be combined with any other Dominion expansions you have.

    Between Two Cities

    Stonemaier Games
Ever since we opened our company to submissions from other designers, we’ve had one core philosophy: Because of the amount time, money, heart, and soul we put into our games, we’ll only publish games from other designers if we love them as much as if we designed them ourselves. This is one such game. The game is called Between Two Cites , designed by Ben Rosset and Matthew O’Malley. It is a partnership-driven, tile-drafting city-building game for 3-7 players that plays in about 20 minutes. The game also includes a 2-player variant, and Morten Monrad Pedersen designed the solo “Automa” variant. In Between Two Cities, you are a world-renowned city planner who has been asked to redesign two different cities. Projects of such significance require the expertise of more than one person, so for each assignment you are paired with a partner with whom to discuss and execute your grandiose plans. Each turn features a simultaneous discussion with your two partners to decide which of your tiles to place into the cities you’re building with each of them and where in those cities to place the tiles. At the end of the game, there is only one winner, as each player compares the lowest scoring of their two cites. There are 7 reference cards in the game, 23 Automa cards, and 15 seating randomizer cards (a total of 45 cards). All cards are 57x87mm.

Star Wars Legion: Padme Amidala Operative
